ATM processing FAQs
When do I receive my vault money?
Funds from Monday's transactions are available Tuesday, Tuesday's on Wednesday, and Thursday's on Friday. Transactions from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are deposited the following Monday via the Federal Reserve.
I already operate ATMs with another processor. Can I switch?
Yes. We convert existing portfolios all the time. Tell us your terminal count and average monthly transactions and we'll quote interchange and processing terms; if you move, we handle the reprogramming and network paperwork and convert on your schedule so no machine goes dark.
Is processing really free?
Yes. Free ATM processing* is included with every ATM we sell and with every free placement. There are no monthly processing or statement fees.
How do I see my ATM's activity?
You receive your own personal login to monitor your ATM on the web or a mobile app: see how much cash remains in the machine, your surcharge revenue, and transaction history in real time.
